What you'll do

• Design accessible onboarding systems for global markets
• Translate community needs into scalable technical solutions
• Build pricing and billing systems for resource-constrained organizations
• Develop integrations for mission-critical tools
• Enhance multilingual and accessibility capabilities
• Measure social impact at scale
• Collaborate rapidly on prototypes with communities
• Ensure reliability for mission-critical deployments

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Experience with accessibility and inclusivity in product design
• Technical expertise in identity management and API integrations
• Strong product delivery mindset and quality focus
• Passion for technology with social impact
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Nice to have

• Knowledge of international markets and multilingual products
• Experience in nonprofit technology or social impact startups
• Familiarity with AI/ML products
