What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain critical backend infrastructure and services.
- Improve the performance, stability, scalability, and reliability of globally distributed systems.
- Operate backend infrastructure, including deployment automation, capacity planning, and observability.
What we're looking for
- Strong computer science foundations in algorithms, data structures, concurrency, and systems design.
- Experience building and scaling high-traffic, highly available backend systems.
- Experience designing and operating backend infrastructure.
- Comfort working across performance-critical code and production operations.
- Collaborative, ownership-driven approach and willingness to learn new technologies.
