What you'll do
- Shape and deliver Airbnb’s AI-for-developers strategy, from ideation through launch.
- Make pragmatic architectural and technical decisions for reliable, maintainable systems.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies for measurable developer impact.
- Coach and advise teams across Airbnb on adopting AI capabilities in their workflows.
- Maintain high code quality and operational excellence, including participating in on-call rotations.
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of industry experience or equivalent expertise.
- Experience building developer infrastructure, tooling, or platforms.
- Hands-on experience applying AI to software development challenges.
- Proficiency in one or more of Go, Python, TypeScript, or Kotlin.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and enthusiasm to learn new domains, technologies, and languages.
