What you'll do
- Own the public API, including design, versioning, error handling, and rate limiting.
- Build and maintain TypeScript and Python SDKs and launch new SDKs.
- Develop the Agent SDK for multi-step, agentic workloads.
- Improve documentation, examples, and starter repositories as developer entry points.
- Make developer-facing surfaces agent-friendly.
- Collaborate with DevRel, Product, and Platform teams to address ecosystem needs.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building external-facing developer products such as APIs, SDKs, or developer platforms.
- Strong API and SDK design skills, with experience shipping developer-facing libraries.
- Strong TypeScript skills.
- Interest in AI and agentic systems, and an AI-forward work style.
- High agency and ability to own a product line in a small company.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Pragmatic judgment balancing speed and simplicity.
Nice to have
- Experience at developer-centric companies.
- Experience designing or maintaining agent SDKs or agentic developer tools.
- OpenRouter experience, open-source contributions, or AI tooling side projects.
