What you'll do
- Understand customer pain points, scope product requirements, and build end-to-end solutions.
- Build agents that autonomously implement solutions and extend Ramp’s capabilities.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Account Management to close deals and activate and expand customers.
- Develop expertise in a core product area and help prioritize custom solutions versus broader product initiatives.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of software engineering experience preferred.
- Extensive experience building with and for agents.
- Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale.
- Comfort and enthusiasm for customer-facing work.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and continuously develop your craft.
