What you'll do
- Understand customer pain points, scope product solutions, and build agents that autonomously implement them.
- Partner with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Account Management to close deals, activate customers, and expand product value.
- Develop deep expertise in a core product area and help shape the engineering roadmap.
- Decide when to build a custom solution versus advance a broader product initiative.
What we're looking for
- Three or more years of software engineering experience preferred.
- Extensive experience building with and for agents.
- Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale.
- Comfort and enthusiasm for customer-facing work.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and continuously develop engineering skills.
