What you'll do

What we're looking for

- Programming experience through coursework, projects, or equivalent work
- Experience with internships or collaborative multi-person coding projects
- Ability to learn unfamiliar systems through independent research and mentorship
- Clear written communication skills
- Ability to critically review, refine, and validate AI-assisted work
