Help strategic customers deploy Grok Bot and Grok Build in production, redesigning business and software-development workflows around AI agents. Partner with deployment managers and customer teams on architecture, integrations, security, adoption, and measurable outcomes.

Stack

What you'll do

• Roll out Grok Build in customer codebases and integrate it into development, testing, CI, and code review workflows.
• Configure developer environments and repository conventions, and lead hands-on enablement.
• Discover and redesign knowledge-work and business-process workflows using AI agents, enterprise tools, data, and human judgment.
• Advise on architecture, data governance, security, integrations, and adoption strategy.
• Prototype and debug customer solutions, and partner with deployment managers, Sales, Product, and Engineering.
• Measure customer impact, expand adoption, and relay product feedback to Product and Engineering.

What we're looking for

• Strong foundations in APIs, software architecture, cloud infrastructure, data, identity, security, and enterprise integrations.
• Understanding of developer workflows, SDLC tools, CI/CD, code review, and enterprise engineering environments.
• Customer-facing technical experience in a solutions architect, sales engineer, forward-deployed engineer, TAM, enterprise architect, or integration role.
• Experience designing workflows across tools, data, APIs, and human processes.
• Strong communication, discovery, ownership, adaptability, and systems-thinking skills.
• Willingness to travel to customers as needed.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Cursor or similar AI coding tools.
• Experience with security and compliance frameworks.
