What you'll do
- Partner with sales teams on email-security architecture and customer engagements
- Lead technical workshops, presentations, and roadmap discussions
- Assess existing secure email gateway setups and plan migrations to Abnormal AI
- Troubleshoot technical challenges during SEG replacement projects
- Share customer feedback and technical insights with Product and R&D
- Develop technical training and reusable content for sales engineers
What we're looking for
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Exchange on-premises
- Knowledge of secure email gateways and API- or transport-rule-based email security
- Understanding of email security protocols, authentication, encryption, spam scanning, and sandboxing
- Enterprise pre-sales solution architecture experience and strong customer-facing communication skills
- Experience with SEG replacement or migration to API-based email security
- Knowledge of email-security compliance requirements such as GDPR or HIPAA
- Relevant certification, such as Microsoft Messaging Administrator, Google Workspace Administrator, CISSP, or GIAC
