What you'll do
- Run customer discovery, demos, and technical scoping with Sales.
- Benchmark and guide repeatable inference deployments across models and modalities.
- Advise on GPU selection and latency-versus-throughput tradeoffs.
- Scope and coordinate customer POCs, aligning stakeholders on timelines, deliverables, and next steps.
- Bring in Forward Deployed Engineering support for complex technical work.
What we're looking for
- AI/ML background and ability to discuss technical topics credibly with customers.
- Strong customer-facing communication and structured discovery skills.
- Technical depth to scope solutions without needing to write production code.
- Ability to script and prototype as needed.
Nice to have
- Experience benchmarking ML inference deployments.
- Familiarity with inference infrastructure, GPU selection, and performance-cost tradeoffs.
- Experience leading cross-functional customer POCs with Sales and Engineering.
