Lead client integrations and implementations for fraud and compliance products, translating technical and business needs into scalable solutions. Coordinate deployments end to end with clients and internal teams, ensuring successful onboarding and delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead implementation and integration projects for fraud and compliance products.
• Support clients throughout onboarding and deployment.
• Own API and SDK documentation, integration guides, and support materials.
• Analyze client requirements and design solutions using the platform's capabilities.
• Manage project timelines, quality, risks, and deliverables.
• Share customer feedback with internal stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years in implementation management, integrations engineering, technical account management, solutions architecture, or systems analysis.
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk, or compliance.
• Advanced SQL querying and JSON payload analysis skills.
• Experience with OpenAPI specifications, web development, and scripting or internal tool development.
• Strong communication, organization, and multi-project management skills.
