What you'll do
- Lead fraud and compliance product implementations and integrations
- Support customers throughout onboarding
- Maintain API and SDK documentation, integration guides, and support materials
- Assess customer requirements and design solutions using product capabilities
- Manage project timelines, quality, risks, and deliverables
- Share customer feedback with internal stakeholders
What we're looking for
- 7+ years in implementation management, integrations engineering, technical account management, solution architecture, or systems analysis
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk, or compliance
- Advanced SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
- Experience with API specifications, web development, and scripting
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
