What you'll do
- Lead and develop the integrations team and deliver scalable customer onboarding.
- Support customers end to end throughout implementation.
- Own API and SDK documentation, integration guides, and support materials.
- Assess customer requirements and design solutions using Sardine’s products.
- Manage implementation timelines, quality, risks, and deliverables.
- Share customer and product feedback with internal stakeholders.
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of relevant hands-on experience in integrations, implementation, technical account management, solution architecture, or systems analysis.
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk, or compliance.
- Experience with basic SQL queries and JSON payload analysis.
- Experience with API specifications such as OpenAPI, web development, and scripting or internal tools.
- Strong communication and project-organization skills.
