What you'll do
- Lead implementation and integration projects for fraud and compliance products
- Guide clients through onboarding and provide end-to-end support
- Maintain API and SDK documentation, integration guides, and support materials
- Assess requirements and design solutions aligned with product capabilities
- Manage timelines, deliverables, project quality, and implementation risks
- Share customer feedback with internal stakeholders
What we're looking for
- 7+ years in implementation management, integrations, technical account management, solution architecture, or systems analysis
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk, or compliance
- Advanced SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
- Experience with API specifications, web development, and scripting
- Strong communication and project organization skills
