About the company

CertiK is a blockchain security firm that audits smart contracts and provides Web3 security, compliance, and monitoring services.

What you'll do

  • Partner with Business Development in client meetings, owning solution design and on-the-ground follow-up.
  • Present products and services and develop scoped proposals with deliverables and timelines.
  • Deliver advisory engagements such as licensing readiness reviews, gap analyses, technical due diligence, and workshops.
  • Share client findings with Product and Business Development to inform roadmaps and sales approaches.
  • Represent CertiK at regional industry events and regulator meetings.
  • Coordinate with international teams across time zones.

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing, consulting, business development, compliance, risk, or regulatory role.
  • Experience working with banks, CASPs, or other regulated financial institutions.
  • Knowledge of bank regulatory compliance and technology.
  • Strong professional writing and presentation skills for senior audiences.
  • Able to independently manage client relationships and engagements.
  • Available for extended on-site client engagements and frequent travel across Europe.
  • Must be based and work outside the United States.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of MiCA, FCA, BaFin, AMF, or other European licensing regimes.
  • Experience with VASP licensing, regulatory examinations, or compliance remediation.
  • Experience with compliance, risk, or surveillance software.
  • Big Four or financial services consulting background.
  • A second European language.
  • Relationships with compliance, risk, or innovation leaders at European banks, CASPs, or regulators.
