About this role

Lead and manage a regional team of Solutions Consultants, owning commercial performance across new business, expansion, and renewals. Coach the team on Notion’s workflow-focused sales motion, strengthen execution and operating cadence, and partner across sales and customer outcomes teams.

About the company

Notion builds an all-in-one workspace for notes, docs, wikis, and project management. It serves individuals and teams that want connected knowledge and work in one place.

What you'll do

  • Own team results across new-logo ARR, expansion ARR, and usage-based outcomes.
  • Coach Solutions Consultants on discovery, live Notion builds, value narratives, and customer hand-offs.
  • Run pipeline reviews, deal-support sessions, call reviews, and forecast discussions.
  • Hire, onboard, certify, and performance-manage Solutions Consultants.
  • Partner with BDR leadership on pipeline strategy, targeting, and qualification.
  • Coordinate with Outcomes leadership on adoption hand-offs, at-risk accounts, and renewals.
  • Represent regional performance and execution needs in leadership forums.

What we're looking for

  • Quota-carrying B2B sales experience, including workflow design, live demos, or technical sales.
  • Frontline sales management experience, including operating cadence, performance management, and talent development.
  • Strong hands-on coaching skills for demos and deal execution.
  • Ability to assess pipeline health, identify risk, and drive team urgency.
  • Interest in AI trends and willingness to adopt AI tools.
  • Native or bilingual Japanese fluency and business-level English proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Experience with consumption- or usage-based business models.
  • Experience building and developing a high-performing regional team.
  • Experience with shared account ownership and customer-lifecycle hand-offs.
