What you'll do
- Uncover customer goals and workflows, and connect Figma’s capabilities to business outcomes
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions
- Lead customer evaluations, define success criteria, and guide technical and platform decisions
- Work with customer IT and Security teams on requirements and adoption considerations
- Share customer feedback with Product, Support, and cross-functional partners
- Create reusable customer resources and contribute to the Solutions Consulting team
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in software presales within enterprise SaaS
- Experience working with or selling to product development teams across design, engineering, or product
- Ability to lead customer evaluations, define success criteria, and deliver compelling demos and presentations
- Ability to learn technologies quickly and adapt to customer needs
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to balance competing demands
Nice to have
- Experience using Figma or other UX/UI experience
- Front-end development experience or familiarity with the software development lifecycle
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
