What you'll do

• Generate qualified pipeline with BDRs and create target-account plans.
• Lead discovery, qualify opportunities, align stakeholders, and guide deals through close.
• Co-build workflow solutions and define success criteria, scope, and implementation paths.
• Develop business cases and manage commercial, procurement, legal, and security processes.
• Guide adoption and own expansion and renewal planning after signature.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated commercial ownership, pipeline generation, and measurable customer outcomes.
• Technical fluency to demo, build, and troubleshoot software with customers.
• Ability to uncover customer needs, map workflows, and articulate business value.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder engagements and navigating procurement, legal, and security reviews.
• Curiosity about AI and a willingness to build with new tools.

Nice to have

• Full-cycle B2B software sales or solutions engineering experience, with a record of exceeding quota.
• Experience with usage-based or credit-based pricing.
• Experience selling productivity, collaboration, or workflow software to mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• Experience in shared account ownership with Customer Success or post-sale teams.
• Fluency in Dutch.
