- Co-design and validate workflow solutions with customers in Notion, defining scope, success criteria, and implementation paths.
- Coordinate with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while owning customer communication and deal momentum.
- Guide adoption after signature, plan expansion and renewals, and track credit consumption and customer value.

- Experience leading multi-stakeholder customer engagements and navigating procurement, legal, and security reviews.
- Ability to work from the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Nice to have
- Full-cycle B2B software sales or solutions engineering experience with a record of exceeding quota.
- Familiarity with usage-based pricing and credit-based commercial proposals.
- Experience selling productivity, collaboration, or workflow software to mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Experience in a shared account ownership model with Customer Success or post-sale teams.
