What you'll do
- Present Linear’s architecture, data model, and integrations through tailored technical presentations and demos.
- Plan and execute large-scale migrations, configurations, and API integrations.
- Build and maintain realistic demo environments for enterprise workflows.
- Develop technical training and solution playbooks for sales hires.
- Support strategic accounts and resolve post-sale technical issues with Customer Success.
What we're looking for
- 8+ years in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or a similar role at a high-growth SaaS company.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale deals.
- Hands-on experience with OAuth2, GraphQL, data migrations, and product integrations.
- Strong communication and technical presentation skills for engineering and executive audiences.
- Experience building scalable demos and troubleshooting production issues.
- Comfort with SQL and scripting such as Python or JavaScript.
- Collaborative experience with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
Nice to have
- Experience with Linear or Jira.
- Computer science degree or engineering background.
