What you'll do
- Define and govern the company’s business-critical knowledge strategy and single source of truth.
- Keep knowledge accurate through regular verification and accountable content ownership.
- Partner with AI tool owners and technical teams to connect knowledge and context across systems.
- Prioritize AI use cases and scale high-value solutions, including a shared skills and agents registry.
- Support company-wide AI platform rollouts and run the AI Champions Network.
- Track AI adoption, spending, and ROI with Finance and Engineering.
What we're looking for
- 10+ years in operations, strategy, or knowledge management, ideally at a technology company.
- Experience building strategies, processes, and governance that scale cross-functional work.
- Knowledge of information architecture, structuring, connecting, and governing information.
- Hands-on AI fluency, including building agents and workflows, and ability to partner with Engineering, Data, and IT.
- Experience driving company-wide adoption without direct authority.
- Experience defining adoption and impact metrics and using data to guide decisions.
- Executive presence and ability to build business cases for VP and C-suite stakeholders.
- Comfort operating amid ambiguity and experience working with remote or distributed teams.
