What you'll do
- Advise on EU and UK employment matters and compliance.
- Manage works council and employee representative matters.
- Support M&A due diligence and integration for European acquisitions.
- Craft and localize employment policies for EU and UK.
- Provide input on risk mitigation for trade secret issues.
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of legal experience in EU and UK employment law.
- Experience with GDPR and employee data privacy.
- Proficiency with generative AI tools for legal work.
- Experience advising on works councils and collective consultation.
Nice to have
- Interest in the crypto industry.
