- Lead marketing initiatives to support partner engagement
- Design the channel organization and hiring strategy
- Oversee KPIs and reporting for partner performance
What we're looking for
- 8+ years in channel, reseller, OEM, or partner sales
- Proven track record of building a partner channel
- Executive relationships with VAR and OEM leadership
- Strong command of channel mechanics and governance
- Understanding of AI infrastructure and cloud architecture
- Experience in hiring and developing channel teams
