About this role

Own Doppler’s self-serve growth engine, from a developer’s first visit through activation and conversion to paid. Build an experimentation practice and drive revenue growth across the product funnel, with a potential path to Head of Growth.

About the company

Doppler is a secrets management platform for modern engineering teams. It syncs and injects environment secrets across apps, CI, and cloud providers.

What you'll do

  • Own self-serve revenue and funnel metrics, including signup, activation, and free-to-paid conversion.
  • Improve the pre-signup experience in partnership with Marketing, including the website, pricing page, and demo forms.
  • Shorten time-to-value across signup, CLI, docs, and integrations.
  • Lead upgrade paths, trials, plan limits, checkout, and pricing or packaging work.
  • Build the experimentation roadmap, tools, success criteria, and workflows.
  • Partner on lifecycle messaging, adoption of new products, and routing sales-ready self-serve accounts to Sales.
  • Help build and lead the growth team, and present growth strategy and results to leadership and investors.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in product management, including 3+ years owning a B2B SaaS self-serve or PLG funnel end to end.
  • Demonstrated experiments that measurably improved revenue or conversion.
  • Strong understanding of free-to-paid conversion and how self-serve usage supports enterprise sales.
  • Write SQL and have hands-on experience with analytics, experimentation, or feature-flagging platforms.
  • Strong developer-experience instincts and enough technical depth to collaborate with engineers.
  • Experience leading a growth team or building an experimentation practice.
  • Clear written and asynchronous communication.
  • Hands-on use of AI coding tools and a perspective on the AI agent ecosystem.

Nice to have

  • Pricing and packaging experience, including usage-based or seat-based pricing.
  • Experience with a company’s transition from PLG to enterprise.
  • Background in security, DevOps, infrastructure, or developer tools.
  • Lifecycle marketing and website or signup funnel experience.

Benefits

  • Premium medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Unlimited PTO, with a three-week minimum strongly encouraged.
  • Learning and development stipend.
  • 401(k).
  • Pregnancy and family leave.
  • Fertility and adoption benefits.
  • Wealth advisor.
