What you'll do
- Serve as the accessibility subject-matter expert and integrate processes and tools across Twitch.
- Manage accessibility intake, backlog, prioritization, communications, and reporting.
- Lead QA and testing, manage specialists and vendors, and integrate automated testing into CI/CD.
- Drive high-impact accessibility programs across Twitch products.
- Partner with legal, research, policy, and communications on goals, benchmarking, and reporting.
- Develop accessibility education, guidelines, and resources for collaborators.
What we're looking for
- 6+ years building accessibility programs, QA, and scalable accessibility practices.
- Expertise in WCAG 2.2+ AA, CVAA, accessibility guidelines, and regulations.
- Experience establishing and managing an accessibility program from the ground up.
- Experience advising product, design, engineering, and legal teams on audits, code reviews, and accessibility.
- Consumer product accessibility experience across video and communications products and devices.
- Awareness of assistive technologies.
- Experience with Figma, Jira, or similar product development tools.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI tools and accessibility test automation.
- Familiarity with Twitch as a user or streamer.
