What you'll do

• Prepare journal entries and adjustments with supporting documentation for monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
• Support accounts payable and cash reconciliations, including flux analysis and commentary.
• Help establish repeatable global accounting processes as the company expands internationally.
• Coordinate requests, open items, and timelines for international statutory audits with Tax and cross-functional partners.
• Improve reconciliation analysis, audit support, documentation, and quality checks using AI with appropriate data safeguards.
• Strengthen controls and processes supporting financial statements and statutory filings.

What we're looking for

• Working knowledge of corporate accounting processes, close activities, accounts payable, and cash reconciliations.
• Foundational knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accrual accounting, with some familiarity with IFRS.
• Experience in public accounting, audit, or corporate accounting; early-career candidates and relevant new graduates are welcome.
• Ability to track multiple international statutory audits, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Ownership, sound judgment, and a continuous-improvement mindset.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with NetSuite, Oracle, or a similar ERP.
• Experience with BlackLine, tax, or close management.
