What you'll do

- Partner with department leaders to identify high-leverage workflows
- Define success metrics and report honest evaluations
- Create templates and enablement materials
- Maintain safety and governance with IT and legal collaboration
What we're looking for
- Deep experience in implementing business systems
- Hands-on fluency with modern AI stacks
- Ability to understand and improve others' work
