Staff Data Analyst

About this role

Act as an internal analytics consultant and product owner, building self-serve data solutions for business teams. Partner deeply with two or three functions, translating ambiguous business challenges into actionable insights and decision support.

What you'll do

• Turn complex analyses into clear narratives and recommendations for different audiences
• Treat analytics as a product by understanding user needs, prioritizing impact, and maintaining a shared plan
• Frame ambiguous questions as clear requirements and own analytics end to end
• Partner with stakeholders to align analytical priorities and influence decisions
• Use AI tools to improve analytical efficiency and capabilities
• Advise on marketing analytics, including campaign performance, lead tracking, attribution, and funnel analysis

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, data, or a related role, including partnership with senior business leaders
• Strong knowledge of go-to-market commercial drivers and hands-on marketing analytics experience
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, and BI tools with semantic layers
• Experience building or directing predictive models and experiments, and assessing whether results are actionable
• Experience presenting analysis to executives that influenced a decision
• Strong written communication, including concise decision-ready memos
• Ability to manage competing stakeholder priorities and decline requests with clear rationale

Nice to have

• Experience with propensity or churn models
• Familiarity with Omni, Looker, or Sigma
