What you'll do

  • Own annual operating plan and capacity planning
  • Build and maintain utilization and team-performance scorecards
  • Analyze Support Economics
  • Develop performance indexes and heatmaps
  • Lead dashboarding for AI adoption and ROI
  • Partner with go-to-market teams on predictive analytics
  • Define and refine unified customer-schema requirements
  • Deliver Monthly Business Review telemetry and reports

What we're looking for

  • Experience as a business intelligence analyst or similar role
  • Experience partnering with Technical Support or similar organizations
  • Fluency in SQL
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau or Zendesk Explore
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks
  • Clear presentation of findings to stakeholders
  • Independent planning and prioritization in a remote environment
