What you'll do
- Unify technical strategy across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Design and optimize ultra-low-latency backend services and a high-throughput rules engine.
- Develop data access, partitioning, and caching strategies across a multi-cloud database ecosystem.
- Build pipelines for large-scale real-time feature computation and aggregation.
- Mentor senior engineers and set high technical standards.
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of software engineering experience and Staff, Principal, or Lead Architect-level experience.
- Deep experience building highly available distributed systems with strict low-latency requirements.
- Production experience with stream-processing frameworks.
- Experience tuning data models across document, wide-column, and relational databases.
- Strong focus on reliability, observability, and developer velocity.
- Excellent architectural communication and cross-team consensus-building skills.
