What you'll do
- Advise on strategic deals and customer engagements
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Grafana technologies
- Create and curate technical training content
- Maintain live production environments for demos and workshops
- Influence product direction based on customer feedback
- Present at Strategic Marketing events
- Mentor Senior Field Engineers and Solution Engineers
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of technical experience
- 2+ years as a Senior Field Engineer or equivalent
- Excellent understanding of Grafana and associated technologies
- Expert-level knowledge in adjacent domains like IoT, AI/ML
- Comfortable with modern programming languages
- Familiarity with Linux
- Experience using AI tools for coding
- Ability to architect applications on cloud providers
Nice to have
- OSS development experience
- Experience creating product training assets
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
