What you'll do
- Establish baselines for current workflows
- Map current workflows to identify bottlenecks
- Redesign workflows for automation and AI assistance
- Build financial cases for redesign
- Track operational metrics
- Guide the rollout of AI systems
- Train teams on new processes and tools
What we're looking for
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Six+ years of experience in process improvement
- Experience redesigning workflows for automation
- Comfortable working with data and operational metrics
- Experience leading change with frontline teams
- Ability to work across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience with AI or automation tools in financial services
- Familiarity with low-code integration tools
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
