Staff Product Designer, Agentic CMS

Lead end-to-end design for Webflow’s Agentic CMS, enabling enterprise teams to create, govern, localize, and publish content across sites and channels. Shape experiences for both marketers and AI agents, balancing complex content systems with clear, trustworthy workflows.

The team

Content and Localization teams within the Build pillar.

What you'll do

• Own the Agentic CMS experience from discovery and UX strategy through prototyping and execution.
• Design authoring, content organization, governance, publishing, and localization workflows.
• Create experiences that support marketing teams and AI agents with appropriate controls and trust signals.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers on product strategy, content models, APIs, and architecture.
• Present design work and tradeoffs to cross-functional partners and senior leaders.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of product design experience and a portfolio demonstrating work on ambiguous, complex products.
• Experience designing interconnected systems and multi-user workflows.
• Ability to engage with engineers on API design, data modeling, and content architecture.
• Strong interaction and visual design craft.
• Fluency with AI-assisted workflows, including code-based prototyping and AI tools.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
