What you'll do

- Design experiences for AI systems with variable, non-deterministic outputs
- Influence product strategy and roadmap decisions with product, engineering, and leadership
- Prototype quickly, conduct user research, and use data and experimentation to improve products
- Set a high bar for visual craft and user experience
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of product design experience and a portfolio demonstrating strong craft and impact
- Track record of leading or independently designing products from zero to launch
- Strong product thinking and comfort making decisions amid ambiguity
- Strong UX and visual design skills
- Advanced prototyping skills
- Experience influencing product strategy and cross-functional decisions
- Ability to create coherent, scalable design systems and experiences
