What you'll do
- Own design end-to-end in your domain
- Shape goals and roadmap with PM and engineering lead
- Translate strategy into clear flows and patterns
- Design AI experiences that preserve customer agency
- Ground decisions in customer insights
- Raise craft standards and evolve design systems
- Use AI tools to prototype and ship real products
What we're looking for
- 6+ years of product design experience
- Experience with AI-enabled or conversational designs
- Comfort with ambiguity and 0→1 design
