What you'll do
- Set the design vision and principles in partnership with product and engineering leads.
- Own the end-to-end experience across various DeepBook products.
- Lead the design of core user journeys.
- Design for diverse audiences without fragmenting the product experience.
- Build a scalable design system for financial data.
- Establish a practical research program.
- Partner with engineering to understand platform constraints.
- Work with various teams to launch products responsibly.
What we're looking for
- 10 or more years of product design experience.
- A portfolio showcasing exceptional craft and leadership.
- Experience with trading, fintech, or DeFi products.
- Fluency in DeFi concepts and products.
- Strong product judgment and strategic thinking.
- Skill in interaction design and information architecture.
- Experience building design systems.
- Ability to work through ambiguity.
Nice to have
- Experience with exchange or institutional trading platforms.
