What you'll do
- Define AI product strategy based on customer needs, technical capabilities, and market trends
- Research customer AI adoption and emerging observability needs
- Guide AI innovation across the product portfolio and share cross-team learnings
- Represent Honeycomb’s perspective on AI observability through writing, speaking, and customer engagement
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 1 year shipping AI/ML products
- Experience taking AI features from concept to customer impact
- Understanding of how engineering teams build, deploy, and operate AI systems
- Knowledge of AI/ML approaches and the judgment to assess their suitability
- Technical credibility and understanding of observability principles
- Strong communication, customer research, and cross-functional influence skills
- Comfort making decisions amid ambiguity and keeping current with rapid AI developments
