What you'll do
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap using customer insights, product data, and market research.
- Own product positioning, messaging, differentiation, and go-to-market planning.
- Partner with Engineering and Technical Program Management on product buildouts and delivery.
- Work with customers, prospects, sales teams, and partners on strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Legal on product changes and customer commitments.
What we're looking for
- At least 5 years of technical B2B product management experience, or a technical background with demonstrated product ownership.
- Hands-on experience with non-standard SaaS deployment models, such as self-managed, air-gapped, sovereign, BYOC, single-tenant, or government cloud.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, platform software, or developer tools.
- Strong product and go-to-market judgment, including product positioning and sales strategy.
- Interest in US public-sector customers and their needs and buying cycles.
- Able to lead across teams without direct authority and communicate effectively in a distributed organization.
Nice to have
- Experience building for or selling to government or other highly regulated customers.
- Familiarity with sovereign or government cloud frameworks and offerings.
- Experience with pricing and packaging across deployment models.
- Experience in observability, monitoring, or data-intensive infrastructure.
- Experience with resellers, systems integrators, or cloud marketplace partners.
- Familiarity with open-source software or commercial open-source companies.
