About this role

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Grafana Cloud deployment options outside standard multi-tenant SaaS, including Bring Your Own Cloud and Federal Cloud. Adapt Grafana Cloud capabilities for customers with compliance, data, or cost-at-scale constraints, and help shape future deployment models.

About the company

Grafana Labs builds open-source and commercial observability tools for metrics, logs, and traces, centered on Grafana dashboards. It helps teams monitor infrastructure and applications and investigate incidents.

What you'll do

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bring Your Own Cloud and Federal Cloud
  • Own product positioning, messaging, and differentiation, partnering with Product Marketing on launches and enablement
  • Partner with Engineering and Technical Program Management to deliver deployment environments
  • Work with customers, prospects, partners, resellers, analysts, and field teams on deployment options and strategic deals
  • Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Legal on product changes and customer commitments

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of technical B2B product management experience, or a technical background with demonstrated product ownership
  • Hands-on experience with non-standard SaaS deployment models such as self-managed, air-gapped, sovereign, BYOC, single-tenant, or FedRAMP
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, platform software, or developer tools
  • Strong product and go-to-market judgment, including product positioning and sales
  • Ability to lead across teams without direct authority and communicate effectively in a distributed organization
  • Interest in US public sector customers and their needs and buying cycles

Nice to have

  • Experience with US government customers or other highly regulated industries
  • Familiarity with sovereign cloud and government frameworks or offerings such as FedRAMP, StateRAMP, AWS GovCloud, or Azure Government
  • Experience with pricing and packaging across deployment models
  • Experience with observability, monitoring, or data-intensive infrastructure products
  • Experience with resellers, systems integrators, or cloud marketplace partners
  • Familiarity with open source software or commercial open source companies

Benefits

  • Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
  • 30 days of annual leave, including 3 Grafana Shutdown Days
  • In-person onboarding
