Staff Product Manager, Governance

Lead strategy and delivery for Webflow’s enterprise identity, access control, and governance capabilities. The role focuses on helping large organizations securely scale collaboration across the platform.

The team

Product, reporting to the Director of Product, Scale.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the vision for access control, identity, and governance capabilities.
• Represent large enterprise customers and turn field insights into product direction.
• Lead engineers and designers to deliver product outcomes.
• Promote access control principles across product and engineering teams.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality enterprise customer experiences at high velocity.
• Fluency in enterprise identity, role-based access control, audit capabilities, and compliance frameworks.
• Understanding of how IT and security teams evaluate and adopt governance capabilities.
• Understanding of website and AI technologies and tools used by marketing teams.
• Systems thinking and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to apply them at work.
