What you'll do
- Define the search product strategy and roadmap, driving engagement and revenue
- Lead experimentation across search entry points, default experiences, and suggestions
- Define success metrics with Data Science and use insights to guide decisions
- Support search partnerships and align product execution with contractual and strategic commitments
- Collaborate with Engineering, Research, and Design to prototype and ship search experiences
- Balance user experience, privacy, technical constraints, and revenue outcomes
- Contribute to quarterly and annual planning, identifying risks and opportunities
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of revenue-impacting, user-facing products
- Experience in search, discovery, AI/ML-powered products, or adjacent domains
- Understanding of modern AI capabilities and their product implications
- Experience leading experimentation programs and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Strong analytical skills and fluency with product analytics tools and SQL
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority
- Ability to balance user needs, privacy, and business objectives
- Strong communication skills and comfort engaging senior stakeholders
