What you'll do
- Build and operate reliable, low-latency fraud and abuse prevention services at scale
- Design APIs and dashboard experiences for investigating threats and configuring defenses
- Develop shared platform infrastructure for new Radar capabilities
- Partner with users, ML engineers, and data scientists to turn emerging threats and new models into products
- Lead projects end to end, including technical design, rollout, measurement, and iteration
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of backend or full-stack software development experience
- Track record of owning ambiguous systems and leading complex projects from definition through production
- Experience leading and unblocking engineers as a senior individual contributor while continuing to code hands-on
- Strong production coding skills and ability to learn unfamiliar systems and make sound technical trade-offs
- Excellent cross-functional and cross-organizational collaboration skills
- Understanding of data science concepts such as linear models, precision, and recall
- Experience building trusted consumer products at scale
- Experience working closely with fast customers, including leading upsell calls
Nice to have
- Experience shipping products with data science or ML teams
- Experience taking 0-to-1 products or capabilities from concept through launch
- Experience with Java, Ruby, or TypeScript
- Experience in payments, fintech, money movement, or regulated financial products
- Familiarity with stablecoins, digital assets, or global financial infrastructure
