- Define GA and launch readiness criteria
- Anticipate risks and establish proactive risk management
- Build repeatable systems and metrics for future programs
- Coach employees on program management best practices
What we're looking for
- BS/BA degree or relevant experience
- 7+ years in technical program management
- Experience taking a product from zero to launch
- Strong technical foundation and comfort with technical leadership
Nice to have
- Experience with AI or developer platform products
- Familiarity with program management tools like Jira and Confluence
