What you'll do
- Lead strategic account activity across prospects and customers, from pre-sales through post-sales.
- Prospect and build relationships to develop opportunities within Financial Services accounts.
- Create account plans and proposals aligned with customer priorities and transformation goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support product rollout and adoption.
- Generate qualified pipeline with strategic channel partners.
- Share customer feedback and product ideas through GitLab’s public issue tracker.
- Prepare activity and forecast reports and analyze wins and losses.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years selling to large organizations and navigating complex Financial Services sales cycles.
- Ability to build and manage executive-level customer relationships.
- Consultative selling skills, including developing proposals, presentations, and quotes.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to manage complex work independently and coordinate across teams.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
- Familiarity with GitLab or related software development, application lifecycle management, or security tools.
