What you'll do
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and build long-term stakeholder relationships
- Create success plans and guide customers through pilots, deployment, adoption, and rollout
- Monitor account health, lead business reviews, and manage risks and escalations
- Own renewal planning, identify expansion opportunities, and forecast retention and revenue
- Identify and close Firefox Support opportunities; coordinate broader opportunities with Account Executives
What we're looking for
- Experience managing strategic enterprise technology customer relationships across senior and operational stakeholders
- Track record supporting renewals, expansion, or consultative sales
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Technical curiosity to engage with enterprise architecture, security, IT operations, and product teams
- Native-level German and advanced written and spoken English
- Able and willing to travel across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Able to occasionally attend meetings aligned with U.S. business hours
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise infrastructure, security, platforms, or on-premises software
- Experience with public-sector, regulated, or similarly complex organizations
- Experience selling enterprise support, subscriptions, or professional services
- Familiarity with open-source business models and technologies such as browser management, endpoint policies, IAM, or SIEM
