Structure, model, diligence, and help negotiate major compute, data center, and infrastructure transactions. The role partners with Supply, Finance, and company leadership to guide capacity investments and support profitable growth.

The team

Strategic Compute Investments team, within G&A and Compute.

What you'll do

• Own analytical work and deal structuring for major supply transactions and strategic partnerships
• Build financial models covering unit economics, total cost of ownership, returns, risks, and scenarios
• Develop deal terms that balance cost, flexibility, and risk
• Lead diligence with internal teams, counterparties, and external advisors
• Monitor compute-market pricing, capital flows, and financing trends

What we're looking for

• 7–10 years of experience in investing, banking, consulting, or a comparable finance or corporate development role
• Experience structuring, modeling, and executing complex transactions through close
• Exceptional financial modeling, analytical judgment, and communication skills
• Comfort working with senior leaders and external counterparties
• High ownership and comfort with ambiguity
• Genuine interest in AI infrastructure and compute economics

Nice to have

• Experience investing in or financing digital infrastructure, data centers, power, or energy
• Exposure to compute, cloud, GPU markets, capacity contracts, or infrastructure financing
• Experience moving from finance or investing into an operating role at a high-growth company
