What you'll do
- Analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights, trends, and models.
- Develop metrics and dashboards to track business and operational health.
- Prepare and own executive-facing reports and presentations.
- Partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Data Science.
- Support planning, goal-setting, operational reviews, and ROI-based decisions.
- Lead strategic initiatives and share knowledge with the team.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 4+ years of data analysis experience.
- At least 3 years of advanced SQL experience and strong understanding of data relationships.
- Experience working with extremely large datasets.
- Experience with AI tools and demonstrated measurable impact.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working with Sales and/or Operations organizations.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with globally distributed teams and connect strategy to detail.
Nice to have
- Background in Sales Analytics or prior AI experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced technology or fintech company, or management consulting.
- Experience partnering with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
- Experience with data visualization tools.
