What you'll do
- Build annual and quarterly plans for headcount and capacity
- Model demand and staffing scenarios
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Work with Revenue Operations to automate reporting
- Shape the commercial model with Finance and Legal
- Build partner delivery plans
- Design organizational structures for team growth
- Lead cross-functional projects
What we're looking for
