What you'll do
- Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of hardware
- Track inventory against deployment schedules and maintain accurate records
- Book and track inbound shipments and outbound deliveries
- Coordinate warehouse and repair technicians as workloads change
- Report on supply chain KPIs and improve warehouse processes and SOPs
- Promote safe working practices in the warehouse
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or inventory coordination experience
- Experience with stock control, shipment tracking, and couriers or hauliers
- Confident using spreadsheets and inventory systems
- Strong organisation, time management, and communication skills
- Technical aptitude and interest in hardware troubleshooting
- Comfortable with hands-on warehouse work and moving equipment safely
- Full valid UK driving licence
Nice to have
- Import/export paperwork or customs experience
- Returns management, reverse logistics, or hardware repair experience
- Background in retail technology, electronics, or field-service businesses
