What you'll do
- Respond to customer requests through email, chat, and phone.
- Prioritize and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Escalate issues to engineering with detailed diagnostic information.
- Advocate for customer needs and help prioritize bugs and product improvements.
- Create documentation, tools, and processes to improve support.
What we're looking for
- Fluent English, including written and verbal communication.
- 5+ years in technical support, support engineering, solutions engineering, or software engineering.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency with SQL, including joins and queries across multiple tables.
- Experience with REST APIs and tools such as Postman.
- Able to work independently and communicate clearly under pressure.
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS products or working in fintech or compliance.
